Conrad's vitality and commitment to excellence have resulted in an educational system that supplies an exemplary labor force.

Conrad is part of the BCLUW School District.  The elementary, home to kindergarten through fourth grades, and the high school are both located in Conrad.  The middle school, grades five through eight, is located in Union, 15 minutes west of Conrad.  Both the elementary and middle school are modern facilities with major additions.  The high school is a new facility.
