Conrad's local winner of the 2016 "Open 4  Business" Competition this year was Dale Walter's and her business, "The Groom Room and Barkery."  Dale will go on to compete in Charles City on June 16th to win $8000 at the sub-state level.  The event is sponsored by Main Street Iowa and the Iowa Economic Development Authority.
